When I remember the past six or seven years, it’s funny to think life could be any different than wading through the struggles I’ve experienced in the MLM profession.  I wanted to take a minute and share some insights with you that I’ve gained over my failures and struggles with the Network Marketing business model.

Network Marketing can be a great profession to join, and it can be a huge source of pain and frustration, too.  I want you to understand both the positives and negatives should you decide to join the MLM business and attack it head on with all of your effort.

I have been actively involved in the Network Marketing profession since mid 2002, and I failed pretty horribly at it right up until 2007.  Not only did I not make any money worth mentioning, but I managed to chase away all but a few of my loyal friends and it seemed that I was worth less financially after 5 years of struggle than I was when I joined MLM in the first place.

If you just glance at the surface of that situation, you might think that I should have quit. (In fact, a lot of well intentioned people encouraged me to.) The fact is that looking back today it was a darned good thing that I didn’t.

So what is it about my life that allows me to justify continuing in the Network Marketing profession after so much catastrophic failure?  Let me compare my current situation to USA average income statistics.  I never graduated from college.  After one year of tuition at UVSC in Orem, Utah, I decided much against the advice of my parents to attack the world as an entrepreneur.

The average household income for someone who’s a high school graduate without a college degree in the USA is $25,900 per year.  At the same time the average household income for someone with a professional degree is $109,600.  Well, I fall in the earlier category, and last month while I’m hesitant to disclose my exact earnings, I can tell you that I make significantly more than someone with a professional degree.

So should you look at how well I’ve done and go out and join a random MLM company?  Let me share my personal views with you.  You might join a MLM company and fail pretty horribly for a few years before you start to see any kind of meaningful results.  So rather than asking if you should JOIN MLM, maybe you should ask if you’re willing to do WHATEVER it takes to learn the skills you need to learn to be successful in the MLM industry as a PROFESSIONAL who treats their business like a business.

In today’s economy there are a lot of people hurting and having a hard time.For that reason there are many people looking for different ways to get some extra money.One of those methods people have looked to making extra money in is with network marketing.  It is a good way to do this.  But it isn’t a guaranteed way to make money.  And if done wrong it could end up actually costing a lot of money.  Plus all the time it could also waste when trying to make it work.With that in the back of our heads, lets take a look at some ways to guarantee success.

As stated before it really isn’t difficult to start your own company. The software gets a lot of the logistical problems out of the way.  So if you are ambitious and have a great idea for a company there are tools available.But just like when they were a distributor they had to be the best, they have to also be the best here.Be ready for any obstacles that may come.  If you are ready you can experience tremendous success.

All that you hear in the news nowadays is how horrible the economy is.They keep harping on and on about all the loss of jobs.They are always talking about all the foreclosures.  They talk about the dollar getting weaker.For that reason a lot more people than before are going to be looking for different ways to earn extra money.
